"Long story. I'll try to keep it short. I get a lot of ingrown hairs so I decided to get laser hair removal. The first session was great and I had great results. The second session was today. Still waiting on those results. That's not why I'm giving a review.
To be blunt, I'm a sissy with pain. Well, this wasn't any different. I complained the entire time, moved uncontrollably, and sweated more than normal.
Natalie, the technician that did the laser, is amazing! She is kind, sweet, patient, understanding, and most of all, non judgmental! These 5 stars are for her! Yes, I'm a sissy. But she's always smiling and makes the whole process not that bad. So, Natalie, thank you for making a painful and unpleasant experience a good memorable one!"
