This place is amazing! The front office staff warmly greets you and are very helpful. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be called to the back. Ms. Vickie is really nice when she calls my son back and asks him his symptoms and if changes have happened with his skin. Shortly after that, Ms. Stephanie comes in and takes her time with him. She listens to him and I enjoy the fact that she talks to him about his skin, instead of me. He is the patient, but most doctors talk to the parents. He is 13 and the one suffering through eczema, not me. I listen so that I can support him and ensure he is following his treatment. She answers his questions and does not rush him at all. She makes sure that he understands the next steps by having him repeat them to her. I appreciate that as well.
