The staff was very friendly, and welcoming! I went in nervous but from the time I walked in the door, the atmosphere was so peaceful. I felt my nerves just calm down. They understood what I was talking about and the treatment was quick and easy. I would recommend this place to anyone. More

Front desk ladies are very friendly and Dr Lauren was amazing, I truly enjoyed my first visit. I do have a suggestion, the lady who took me into the examining room needs a little help with her people’s skills, she was very dry and not very welcoming, she asked the questions in a fast and robot like manner. I don’t want to get her in trouble at all, she was professional and she was not rude at all but I do think she needs to work a little on making patients feel welcomed. I say this with the outmost respect. More

The receptionists were attentive and welcoming. I waited less than 10 minutes to be called to the treatment area. Dr. Joe and his assistant were both very welcoming being that it was my first time at this facility. He was knowledgeable and approachable and very kind. He had such a soft and caring touch when he was injecting the treatment. I will definitely be coming back for further treatment. I highly recommend him. More
